Please read the following terms carefully before using this platform. This document defines the relationship between you and jatt baji regarding the use of our services.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jatt baji platform and all services included within it. When you access this website, open an account, or use any service, it is understood that you have read each point of these Terms and fully agreed to them.
These Terms have been prepared in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. If you have any questions about any part of them, please contact our support team. jatt baji reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Account Registration and Personal Information
1.1 Registration Process
To use jatt baji services, you must create a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. Opening an account with false information is a direct violation of these Terms.
1.2 Single Account Rule
Each person may operate only one account. Having more than one account under the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, jatt baji has the right to cancel all related accounts and forfeit any bonuses or winnings.
1.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
In the interest of secure transactions, jatt baji may request official documents for identity verification at any time. These may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the verification process is complete.
1.4 Password Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password confidential and not share it with any third party. jatt baji will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from misuse of your password.
Eligibility and Age Limit
All services on jatt baji are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are over 21 years of age.
If it is found that a user has opened an account without meeting the age requirement, that account will be closed immediately and the return of any deposited funds will be reviewed separately. jatt baji is committed to protecting minors.
User Code of Conduct
3.1 Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jatt baji platform:
- Playing games or placing bets through fraudulent means
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
- Placing bets using automated software or bots
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform
- Using an account for money laundering purposes
3.2 Consequences of Violations
If any of the above prohibitions are violated, jatt baji may immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, cancel any pending transactions, and take appropriate legal action.
Payments and Transaction Terms
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at jatt baji is ৳200. Currently accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). All deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
4.3 Transaction Accuracy
It is the user's responsibility to fill in all transaction details correctly. jatt baji will not be liable for any delay or failure in a transaction caused by incorrect information. Any suspicious transaction may be temporarily held in the interest of fraud prevention.
4.4 Third-Party Payments
Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment account or card is strictly prohibited. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
Bonuses and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000 — the wagering requirement is ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000. This means the bonus funds can be withdrawn after wagering a total of 25 times.
5.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- Bonus funds and real money are managed separately
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time
- If an unusual betting pattern is detected while using a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled
- Each bonus has a specific validity period; if wagering is not completed within the time limit, the bonus will be cancelled
5.3 Promotional Offers
jatt baji regularly provides various promotional offers. Each promotion has its own separate terms, which are clearly communicated at the time the offer is announced. If any conflict arises between the general terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the terms of that specific promotion will take precedence.
VIP Program Terms
The jatt baji VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit calculated based on the net loss for that week. The maximum cashback is 0.3% at Bronze tier, 0.5% at Silver tier, and 0.8% at Gold tier.
Example: if a Silver tier member incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. VIP tier upgrades depend on activity on the platform. Cashback is calculated and paid out each week.
VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. jatt baji reserves the right to cancel VIP membership in the event of an account violation.
Security and Privacy

Any attempt to compromise the platform's security, gain unauthorised access to the system, or carry out any form of cyber attack will be treated as a serious offence and legal action will be taken.

Account Suspension and Closure Terms
9.1 Closure by jatt baji
jatt baji may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms
- Evidence of fraudulent activity
- Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts
- Failure to cooperate with identity verification
- Attempting to compromise the platform's security
9.2 Closure at the User's Request
If a user wishes to close their own account, they must contact our customer service team. All pending transactions will be settled before the account is closed.
Intellectual Property and Content Rights
All content published on the jatt baji platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and audio-visual elements — is protected by copyright law. Copying, modifying, or distributing these materials without prior permission is prohibited, except for personal and non-commercial use.
Game content is the property of third-party developers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and other providers. The right to use these games is limited to within the platform only.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
The jatt baji platform is provided "as is". jatt baji will not be directly liable for any financial loss suffered by a user due to technical errors, server outages, or failures of third-party services.
Betting and casino gaming carry financial risk. Users are assumed to be fully aware of this risk when using the platform. We ask all users not to bet beyond their means.
If an ongoing bet or game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a device issue, the platform is not liable. However, affected users may contact customer service in such situations.
